Determined to save her people, Lily ventured deep into the forest, where she found Elara’s humble cottage, nestled among the trees. She knocked on the door, her heart pounding. To her surprise, Elara greeted her not with malice, but with a warm smile and a gentle demeanor. Inside, the cottage was cozy, with a fire crackling cheerfully in the hearth.

Lily explained the dire situation in the village, and Elara listened quietly. Instead of weaving a spell, Elara handed Lily a small pouch filled with seeds. “Take these back to your village,” she instructed. “Plant them in the center of the square, and tend to them with love and care. They will provide what you need.”

With hope in her heart, Lily returned to the village and planted the seeds as Elara had told her. The villagers, though skeptical, watched with bated breath. By morning, the seeds had sprouted into vibrant plants laden with fruits and vegetables. The village was saved, their hunger sated by the bountiful harvest.

As the villagers rejoiced, they realized that the witch they had feared was not evil, but wise and kind. Lily shared her story, and the villagers decided to visit Elara to thank her. However, when they reached her cottage, they found it empty, save for a single note left on the door.

The note read, “The true magic is not in the seeds, but in the care and love you give to them. Remember this, and you will always have enough.”

From that day on, the villagers spoke of Elara with reverence, passing down the lesson that true power lies not in fear, but in compassion and understanding.
